*Thursday, May 24, is the birthday of Landon and Jordan. We will celebrate their birthdays on Tuesday, May 22.
It's hard to believe that another year has come and gone. It's even harder to get my mind around the fact that I won't be here doing what I love best next year. I've enjoyed getting to know the children in this class and watching them learn so very much. Your children are truly special and they are even more special to me because they are my last group of first graders. You have been wonderful parents to work with. I hope you are as proud of the progress your child has made this year as I am. Thank you so very much for sharing your child with me this year and for all the support you have given me. This is truly a very special school and I have a lot of wonderful memories to take with me. I hope you have a great summer! Please remember – keep reading to your child and have your child keep reading this summer. Thanks again for a great year!
